National Steel Industries provides ASTM A105 grade materials which are used for various high temprature applications. Components such as Flanges, Fittings , Valves etc are manufactured out of it.

We supply in the following sizes:

Round bars:

Cold Drawn : 2mm dia to 100mm dia

Hot Rolled: 10mm dia to 250mm dia

Forged : 40mm dia to 1500mm dia

For each reduction for 0.01% below the specified carbon maximum(0.35%), an increase of 0.06% manganese above the specified maximum (1.05%) will be permitted up to a maximum of 1.35%

​

Sum of Cu, Cr, Ni and Mo should not exceed 1.00%

Sum of Cr and Mo should not exceed 0.32%

CE = 0.47max

C+Mn/6+(Cr+Mo+V)/5 + (Ni+Cu)/15
