National Steel Industries provides En26 round bars and forged bars. These round bars are offered as bright bars or hot rolled bars. En 26 is high tensile alloy steel usually used in defence and aerospace industry used for making gears and shafts. National Steel Industries is one of the biggest and most trusted suppliers of En26 Alloy steel in India and extends its supplies worldwide.

En 26 steel is also supplied in Quenched and tempered condition, annealed condition, or any other condition as required by our customers. These bars are offered in standard length and also cut length as per the size required by the consumer. National Steel Industries is a Round bar supplier of En26 steel in Mumbai and other cities. En26w 826M40 Hardening steel is also supplied by National Steel Industries in round bars and block form.
National Steel Industries is a manufacturer of forged Blocks and forged flats. We are tempered condition dealers of en26 steel round bars and forged blocks. Many of the sizes of En26 round and flat are available in ready stock. Engineering steel En26 steel rods and bars are also offered in billets for the forging of en26 circles.
Mentioned below are En26 chemical composition and En26 mechanical properties.
EN26 Chemical Composition
The Chemical Composition of EN26 contains a carbon content of 0.36 - 0.44 %. The material has an Mn content of 0.45 - 0.70 % which is also relatively low. The contents of P is reduced to 0.04% and S is reduced to 0.04 % max as excess content of P and S can damage the quality of steel and can cause the alloys steel to break at low stresses. There is a high Chromium content of 0.5-0.8 % which adds additional yield and tensile on heat treatment. The high Nickel content of 2.3-2.80 % is present which imparts a ductile core and high heat treatment temperature capabilities.
